Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

Order are dispatched using PostNord for domestic orders and FedEx Economic for international orders. 

All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping times are between 3-10 business days. 

 

RETURNS

The customer may cancel and return his/her purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item(s).
The product(s) must be returned unused and preferably, in its original packaging.

V1 Gallery will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by V1 Gallery.

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once V1 Gallery receives the returned product(s), the amount will be refunded.

The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that only the shipping costs can be refunded. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item. 

In case the customer does not agree with V1 Gallery handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with V1 Gallery, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (visit www.forbrug.dk)
